I had an awesome time partnering up with Ryze Up to do photos for the Between the Buried and Me and Hail the Sun concert. Hail the Sun had a real California Metal flavor. They came out guns a blazing. A constant flow of crowd surfers came to the pit. It was a good time! And then I was surprised and excited to see Between the Buried and Me come out dressed up like Back to the Future characters. (Back to the Future was one of my favorite movies growing up.) Seeing Doc and Marty shred side by side was a sight for sore eyes! The crowd was rowdy and the energy was high. I learned crowd surfing is alive and well at BTBAM shows! The Fillmore is one of my favorite venues in NC. It was an honor to take photos of these RaD bands.
